ANCON Staifix RT2/Vista - The Staifix RT2 wall tie is for use in the external walls of houses and small commercial developments are not greater than 15 meters in height.

ANCON Staifix HRT4/Vista Type 4 - The Staifix HRT4 is a type 4 wall tie for use in the external walls of houses not greater than 10 meters in height. Only Tie to be used in the Party Wall.

Visqueen Tanking Primer - Visqueen High Performance Tanking Primer is a black, elastomeric bituminous priming solution designed to prepare surfaces prior to the application of Visqueen self-adhesive and torch applied damp proofing and tanking membranes.

Damp Proof Membrane - Is a membrane material applied to prevent moisture transmission?

Polythene DPM - Various gauges of polythene are used as a damp-proofing membrane in concrete ground floors too. Prevent upward movement of water.

Hyload DPC Mastic - Synthetic rubber mastic adhesive with gap filling properties up to 6mm. Supplied in 2.5L tins or 400ml cartridges.

Hammerfix Pins - Are a large head hammer screw specifically designed with a larger than normal head to provide a better fixing and to stop the head, in some cases "pulling through" the track. Used as a concrete fixing.

DPC Fixing Strip - A semi-flexible black plastic strip that is pre- drilled at approximate 150mm centimeters (13 to 14 holes per strip). Secures DPC to Cavity wall constructions.

Double Sided Butyl Tape - For bonding DPMs and DPCs.

Ancon Insulation retaining Clips/Timloc - Insulation retaining Clip. Suitable for use with cavity wall Ties to hold insulation material back to the structure.
